that there was a workout room and the equipment worked. The room was big and clean and the bathroom was nice. it smelled good. the woman at the front desk was wonderful. The free breakfast was decent. -

We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was very nice, great variety, the
location was close enough to Walmart and food establishments. Nightly
free popcorn and cookies. Rocking chairs on the front porch, nice

Convenient location for travelers/tourists.There is no interior
hallway leading to the rooms; your room opens to the exterior.
That's not a negative, just a point of information. I prefer
interior hallways for security, but we had no problems at bwmi.

It was a great outing just to get away. The rooms were comfortable just

Front Desk clerk was extremely nice and enjoyable. The Free breakfast
was a nice plus. We were given a different room because this site
overbooked the hotel. The room we got was spacious and had a balcony, it
also had a full size stove and kitchen area which would of been a plus
if we were spending more then just one night. Close to Harrah's
Casino in Cherokee.

The staff was very helpful, especially Becky in the dining area. I
don't remember the name of the young man at the reception area, but
he was also very friendly and welcoming every time we left or returned.
Have stayed here several times in Dillsboro on vacations and will
definitely stay again. -

The staff at InnPlace is the most amazing of any hotel that we have ever stayed in. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, relaxed, and fun. It is a very clean and well equipped hotel and the breakfast was always good. We will absolutely stay there again. -

Jessica at the front desk was phenomonal!!! Started helping us the second the door opened and didnt stop until check out. We were very stressed upon arrival and she stepped in and removed all of our worries!! Very impressed with her and the whole Holiday Inn Express experience!! Exceeded our expectations!!
