  The staff went out of their way to accommodate our late check in and we were even able to grab a bite to eat. We left early for the airport and no one was at the coffee bar so the van driver made me an iced latte and it was perfect. - Good locaton for our stopover in Charlottte. Room was VERY clean. - I truly loved the way Shan helped us at the front desk. She was more than accommodating and genuinely friendly and personable. She was amazing.

  The bed was very comfortable and I loved the way the room was designed.. Very up to date and cozy! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.. We went to Carowinds for the day and lost our car keys we had to have someone from our hometown bring us a spare key on our day of checkout which was about 3 hours away..   I really enjoyed my stay there despite the bad weather from Andrea it was very pleasant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. My family was very impressed with the service. I arrived Thursday afternoon with my husband but my sisters and their husbands didnt arrive until early Friday morning.
