  This stay was primarily used to have a hot shower in the AM. I am in Durham everyday commuted from Harnett county, but had a shutdown scheduled for Tuesday at 4AM. Rather that drive back home only to go straight to bed to be able to be on site at 3:30AM, I opted to stay in Durham and had intended to just catch a few winks in my trailer and 'bird b... vad folk säger » ath it'. But fortunately Brookwood offered a rate and location that made it a 'no brainer' to book a room. This allowed me to sleep comfortably and ha - My first night there, my airconditioner did not work. I reported it the next morning, when I returned that day, a brand new wall unit had been placed. They fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. I have to return next month for two more weeks of training. I know where I will be staying! Thank you Brookwood Inn!

  The staff went out of their way to accommodate our late check in and we were even able to grab a bite to eat. We left early for the airport and no one was at the coffee bar so the van driver made me an iced latte and it was perfect. - Good locaton for our stopover in Charlottte.   The coffee maker did not heat the water. A replacement was given which also didn't heat the water. Power was out when we arrived. Came back on within 30-45 minutes. When asked about ice we were told the icemaker was broken (however, it turns out it was because the power was off). On the whole the experience was pleasant and the young people serving a - (1) I liked the breakfast set up (2) The room was comfortable but the furniture needs to be updated, Our in room desk chair needed to be thrown out (3) No ANIMALS allowed (4) Housekeeping was good (5) When our room was not ready the day desk clerk was quick to resolve the problem, and moved us to another room

  Very comfortable. Easy to locate. Great room service and very delicious food. Staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. - The hotel is conveniently located to the Duke campus' and to downtown Durham. It is well maintained and comfortable.

  Natalie was a breath of fresh air. The staff were all polite and respectful. Natalie went out of her way for all the guests. Wonderful!!!! - It was a stop over hotel for one night and it was great. The staff very pleasant and the breakfast was fine. The hotel was very clean

  I liked the location and easy access off of I-95 South. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and professional. The hotel was clean and had an inside elevator to our room. The room also had a small fridge and a microwave. We enjoyed the availability of fresh tea and coffee 24/7 and the breakfast bar.   The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfortable.
