  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... vad folk säger » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

  We stayed August 6-8 for my husbands 70 th birthday my friends called and wanted to come up and join us as a surprise. When they called ( twice) they were told we were not registered at all in the Inn !!!??? So they didn't book the 2 nights they were planning to join us. I was very disappointed It would have been a great surprise and lots of f... vad folk säger » un. They are frequent visitors to your Inn and we also have been there 3 times. What was the problem. We were at the desk several times. Women there v - The grounds, food were outstanding. Spa was relaxing
