  This is such a gem in the downtown area. If you want to feel special this is the place to visit.   I have stayed here over 5 times. Usually for the jazz festival. Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Very elegant. The staff is extremely accommodating. Right in town. Close enough to all the restaurants and the main strip of Saratoga Springs. Will be back next year

  Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

  We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable. The staff was really nice and attentive. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!   Real nice stay. Close enough to Saratoga racecourse without getting beat up on the room rates. Absolutely top class steakhouse on site which was pricey but definely worth the buck (as good if not better than any nyc. Steakhouse I've eaten in. Proximity to the highway a plus.   Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom and lounge, not that we spent much time watching the tv! We used the fridge - From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-) The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... vad folk säger » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!
