Ofta är lobbyn snygg o rummen lever inte upp till det i New York. Men här blir man inte besviken! - Service, inredning, läge.

  The Greenporter is a retro styled hotel and works very well as exactly that. It doesn't pretend to be a luxury hotel and doesn't charge as one. We liked it a lot. It also has an extremely good chef, my wife rated one of the dishes she ate as the best she'd ever eaten, and she is not given to overstatement. I would comfortably recommend it to anyone, but would also suggest they don't use Hoppy's Cl - The room its own AC unit and fridge both essential during the hot spell. The cleaning staff were thorough and extremely helpful. Swimming pool small but nice and very quiet. The hotel is ideally located for walking into the town which has an abundance of nice bars and restaurants.

  The Carriage House sets across the street from the Econo Lodge where we stayed 20 years ago. The cost of the rooms was cheaper. It was clean and all you have to do is walk across the road to the econo lodge to use their indoor pool or hot tub. The staff at the econo lodge are very friendly and helpful.   It was clean and the morning staff was friendly. It appeared that they were upgrading rooms, one out of the 3 rooms we booked was beautiful and very modern.
