The Hotel was spotless top to bottom, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for the diet concious. The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

Our room was so clean and our beds were very comfy. The breakfast variety was good and the food was always yummy and warm. We enjoyed the indoor pool after a cool day at the water park. We liked how close we were to shopping, restaurants etc. we would definitely stay here again! -

Never received the "Home depot star" staff that has no training outside of the company policies. -
The staff go out of their way to please. The pool is warm and wonderful, room was large and well equipped.

It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops,
restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and

So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside

The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.
