They were very accommodating to let us check in hours before 4pm, which
was a plus considering we drove 10 hours with a toddler. Shawn or as he
prefers to be called Whatawhata was wonderful. He was the friendliest

I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well
put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing.
The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care
of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it
settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I
will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

I like the style, frankly the ' class ' that The Carlyle and that the staff exude. I stayed many times at The Carlyle in the 1980's early 90s, indeed had my wedding there in 1998. This place was amazing. Going to sleep after the best Sunset, waking up to relax alone on the bluff and deer grazing steps away. Just an overall great experience, with amazing food at the on site restaurant and a courteous staff with clean facilities. I took advantage of on site spa and pool. Amazing! -
