  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. I even looked in... vad folk säger » to a short term apt rental. This room set up was perfect! We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud

  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. - I love the room...all the round inside the hotel very comfy and luxurious...like an expensive hotel...the ... vad folk säger » pool was great too...and the most important that you accept my liitle doggy Princess...as a guest too....

  Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we

  everything, you could go to a elegant restaurant, or go to the caffe, something for everyone. rooms were great, staff were great, drinks were free and machines were friendly. went after labor day and rooms were 85 bucks, hey check this place out, went to the rivers in pitt, meadows, wheeling, erie, this place knocks their socks off. worth the driv... vad folk säger » e, ours was four hours, ready to go back tomorrow,,,,,just go see it. - My Wife and I decided to make a detour home from a trip, and found the ,Seneca Allegany, through letsbookhotel.com.. We got a great rate, on a magnificent room. We saw pictures, but were still surprised how beautiful the hotel, and especially the room was, when we arrived. One of the nicest rooms ever.. Great Location, Mountain rising right from the back of the hotel, easy , right off the highway.
