  Location with easy access to everything. When Hotel staff found out thatwe were celebrating our anniversary they upgraded our room to abeautiful corner room on the 19th floor. - All personnel were very professional. Bartender in the restaurant was very informative about the city.

  The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Cornell was greatly appreciated, as was the free continental breakfasts (waffle-machine was a bonus!). Room and bathroom was clean and big, and generally warm enough without use of the heater (even in mid-winter).   My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was, especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there was a framed "welcome" for Bob our puppy with treats and water for him. The "raid the mini bar" credit was a great touch and the room was very roomy and clean. The king suite was way better than what we expected for the price: robes, couch/tv in one room plus king+tv in another, pool, workout room, and breakfast. Only about a 10-15 minute drive right into the city. - The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.
