We were warmly greeted at check in. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Food was delicious. The manager Rebecca was extremely warm and friendly. We were very impressed with her. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The location was the best. We were pleased with our stay.

I loved the experience. The hospitality was outstanding. The gathering terrace room with the most comfy SW leather and kiva fireplace with ponderosa pine burning was perfect for cocktail hour and breakfast. I was happy to have an exercise room and all the spa amenities. The welcome basket of fruit was such a standing touch of class. Want to go back!!!!

Las Palomas was by far one of the best hotel/inn experiences I've ever had. We arrived at the tail end of a long road trip throug the Southwest, and were greeted with warm cookies and cappuccinos in a gorgeous, cozy, relaxed lobby. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Very nice setting. Had a big suite with two rooms - ideal for three travellers (no couples). WiFi was acting up a wee bit when trying to reconnect the tablet, but overall was ok.
Breakfast was fantastic! Real plates and silverware, nice strawberry-sauce for the waffles! Awesome!

The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. He
explained everything. Times for breakfast, shuttle to the shopping
area in old Albuquerque etc. He was great and so was the room. Our
shuttle driver gave us recommendations for dinner and pointed out some
places to visit. We enjoyed our one night in Albuquerque. We had to
cut our visit short by 1 day at the last minute. We wished we could
have stayed longer.
