Refurbishment & renovation have been extremely well accomplished and the hotel provides very comfortable accommodation with much character. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed.   The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were going to see a Fisher Cats game and the Hilton Garden Inn is right at the field which was very convenient. - accomodations were wonderful, staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, easy access to shopping, downtown, etc.

  We were in town for a concert at the Ballroom Casino. We didn't want to spend a mint for one night since we knew we would be getting to the show around 9:00pm and it wouldn't be over until after midnight. 3 of us in a queen room. This is not a luxury hotel, and not luxury accomodations. While it was dated in appearance it was clean. It is though for - price, location, cleanliness, quick response to helping us unlock the door, many channels on the television, no road noise heard, the fringe was clean and not iced up. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance.
