I believe it was Hannah (Front desk clerk) she was so helpful, I was traveling with a young child and she made sure I had a crib available and checked in the next day to make sure it arrived, Also my cleaning crew was so nice, they always said hello and asked if I needed anything at all.   The service attitude of each staff member I encountered was fabulous. My daughter and I were treated like VIPs. The suite was large. The premium floor was well worth the money.   The staff was very friendly. My husband and I went there for our anniversary. I ended up getting sick in the middle of the night and the staff did everything in their power to help me feel better. In the morning they lengthened our check out time so that we could finish our massages.
