  The staff members were very friendly and competent. There was a small glitch checking in, but the problem was resolved immediately, professionally, and completely to my satisfaction. I don't expect mistakes or problems never to occur; rather, I expect businesses to respond to problems and mistakes immediately and professionally! The hot breakfast ... vad folk säger » was actually hot and delicious, with one tiny exception: The bargain brand ketchup was awful. - We liked everything about our stay at the Lincoln Heights Hotel...the staff were all great, helpful, friendly and professional. The room was just perfect and everything was lovely and clean..as was the hotel lobby and all other areas of the hotel.Would definately recommend this hotel to family and friends.   Rubin was very nice! let us ck in early so children could swim. Was very considerate! We were on a stay cation. had relaxing time/Kiddos! TU Rubin! I hope I got the name right!

  Breakfast was great!! nice selection of yogurt and terrific waffles, staff very helpful, as I spilled a cup of coffee. Pool and Jacuzzi are awesome kids loved swimming, beds were so comfortable and front desk staff was very nice. Great stay will stay again!! - The hot tub.   The hotel was well managed and clean. Bed's were very comfortable. No complaints as far as the facilities are concerned. - Treats for dogs was great.

  I loved the "little things" that Hilton Garden did. Like Cookies in the evening, All day fruit infused water selection= both free. We were within 4-5 blocks of most places, i.e Old Market, Durham, Joselyn, Heartland Park, that we wanted to visit.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked late in and they even re-opened the pool so we could have a quick dip before heading to bed.   Wow! What a great experience! We had to find a hotel on Omaha when our air conditioner broke. The biggest problem was finding one in the midst of the College World Series. We were also going on our first family vacation in a few days, and really could not afford this extra, unplanned expense.   Left my phone in the room. Called the hotel from the airport and the clerk went to my room and retrieved the phone and mailed it to my home address in the same day. Greatly appreciated. - I am very accustomed to staying in motels, and this motel had the most friendly and warmest front desk staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

  Loved the extra room in the corner suite to keep our bikes and get away from the kids. Great location near the Old Market and bike trails and the zoo great hours for the pool and breakfast - We loved the view of the Old Market from our room. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed the beautiful lobby area and the buffet breakfast.

  We had an early flight out and had chosen the hotel because of the airport shuttle. ufortunately, the national booking web site did not communicate our needs to the local hotel, but when they realized that our flight was before the shuttel was available, they made arrangements to get us transportation to the airport. - Convenient location, easy t... vad folk säger » o find.
