  We were staying at the Lodge to discuss arrangements for our daughter's wedding be held there next summer. The Lodge upgraded our room to a lakefront suite. The room was beautiful; full kitchen, dining room area, living room with two armchairs and couch, full bath with shower/tub, upstairs bedroom with full bath. The staff could not have been nice... vad folk säger » r and the setting of the Lodge on the lake is gorgeous with spectacular views of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. I would recommend it very highly. - We love the pool and tiki bar area, and the rooms are great. The staff is incredibly friendly, the location is amazing. In the spring the price is reasonable (in the summer we both feel its probably over priced, but it is full, so others obviously disagree). Overall we love it, and really enjoy our time and would like to look more into staying with friends in one of the condos along the beach (attached to the hotel).

  Hospitality was exceptional! From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They appeared to sincerely like their job! --The pool and spa is open 24 hours. Nice for us older folks. Over our 3 day visit I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot whirlpool at least 6 times! Young kids have to go to bed eventually! -- Overall the free morning breakfast was pretty good - Came for the week-end & certainly would return.   I appreciated that you had a real restaurant and didn´t try and serve a breakfast in plastics like so many other hotels are doing now. Your restaurant staff were really friendly and nice!! Great with a shuttle to the airport!! - I am always impressed by the Best Westerns, this one was great too. Big room, really clean, comfy bed.
