  Rooms were very clean, the staff were very helpful since we arrived earlier than expected, and the location was ideal since we wanted to hit certain museums around Forest Park - free wifi, fitness center, very clean. Large rooms. complementary snacks to go on week days.

  For the price of a two star motel we were able to stay at a nice resort with many amenities. They had 3 pools, volley ball, basketball area, game room, fitness area and wooded walking paths. It was also conveniently located just a couple blocks off a main road. We stayed on the 5th floor in the check-in building (beautiful views). Kids loved they could have pizza delivered from across the street on premises. Nice service.

  The rooms are nice and updated with convenient kitchenette, balcony and tile showers with dual shower heads. Staff was awesome. We celebrated our anniversary there and the staff was able to upgrade us to a gorgeous suite. - Staff was very nice....there were 3 parties in our reservation...they upgraded the other two with me...very nice for them. ... vad folk säger » However, my room was nice also.   We used the kitchen to cook dinner a couple nights of our stay. When we went to use the washer and dryer in the main lobby we found that its free to use! Just load it with clothes and soap, and push in the coin receiver, no money needed! - Our stay felt like we were at home. The suite was large enough we did not feel cramped up, loved the stay!

  The buildings were very nice and the grounds were very well maintained. The room was very clean, modern, and plenty of space for a weekend getaway. The air conditioning was easy to regulate (this can be a problem when staying at hotels). The bed was comfortable. Plenty of room for our 4 boys.The king beds were very comfortable and the pull out couch was the most comfortable pull out I've ever sat on. Loved having a washer/dryer...   We liked the suite setup and the amount of room. We liked that staff was able to recommend dining choices. We stayed in room 320. - The kitchenette........I Like to cook when I'm there visiting my college son, to give him a home cooked meal.

  Everything.. Me and my wife took our 4 kids here (Two teenage girls and two younger boys). When I booked it I was worried that it was some sort of scam considering the price was just a bit more than a Hotel. When we arrived we were aww struck. We had a 2 bedroom which was really two separate condo'S. The boys had a fold out couch and had a ball! My wife and I we - We gathered for a family reunion at Palace View this past weekend. Some of us were local (Branson, Brighton, and Ozark MO), but others came in from Minnesota, Texas, Wyoming and Kansas. Everyone was pleased with what was offered and I heard no complaints. The property is beautiful, and staff we encountered were cordial and helpful.

  The staff was great! All the employees spoke to us each time we entered and exited. The front desk personnel gladly pulled driving directions and recommended restaurants. My boys, 5 and 7, loved the milk and cookies at 8PM! - We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
