  Spacious room. Front desk staff polite and helpful. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room because it wasnt ready and there were people there complaining that they had been waiting for several hours. The front desk gave us complementary drink coupons and we enjoyed our wait in the hotel bar. The rooms were decently clean. - We had an issue wi... vad folk säger » th the noise from the people next to us late at night. After a little while the staff was able to get them to quiet down. In the morning the manager took care of us and made Us feel good about how things were delt with. Overall the staff and hotel were good for our stay.

  We liked the view from the 24th Floor. It was right below the rooftop bar, but it was not too loud to keep us awake. At check-in we were given free breakfast and internet, because the 24th floor was the only available room. The pool and hot tub was dirty from all of the kid dancers at the hotel, so they drained and cleaned them both so that we cou... vad folk säger » ld enjoy it. - The view of the Arch was amazing from our room! Also the rooftop restaurant was a nice touch. This was my fiancées first time in st.louis so I wanted to spoil her and the Hilton definitely helped with that!

  Nice and quiet. Central heat so I didn't have to mess with one of those units on the wall. Water was always hot. Coffee in rooms. Water bottle complimentary.   Beautiful ... Wonderful price and within walking distance of all the attractions we were there to see.. Couldn't believe we got such a luxurious room for the minimal cost... Every staff member from the front desk to the restaurant and in between was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome ! - Loved our stay in downtown St. Loui... vad folk säger » s.   This hotel I well maintained and everywhere is of a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is across from the hotel and clean and safe. The hotel is situated in a good downtown location and you can walk to the main attraction - the Arch. There are several restaurants nearby although the hotel has a good restaurant also.   Very handy to the airport, long term parking while flying out! It was really great room was clean and nice, staff was helpful and friendly/ O would highly recommend. - Great place to stay when your flight is delayed. Staff was extremely helpful, shuttle service was convenient and the restaurant had a variety of options to choice from.

  Our stay was excellent. It started when we walked in. We were greeted by the bellman and by the ladies at the desk. We were checked in in less than 5 minutes. The rooms were as advertised and were clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff kept our rooms spotless during the entire stay. The girls all enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities and - I really love the midnight security gaurd can not remember his name he was so outstanding to all the guess. Our kids he was polite socialable. He made sure if we need anything he will take care of us. While that staff all around was very feiendly.
