  Hotel staff was friendly especially the housekeepers, the rooms were clean, comfortable & up to date. The lobby decor was nice & inviting, I love that they serve breakfast & it's convenient to shopping and dining.   The decor is very pretty in the lobby and dining area. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The food was fresh and hot with a good variety of choices to satisfy different tastes.   Location for us doing a road trip south was good, the hotel is new and the facilities very good. We found all the staff very helpful also all areas were spotless a big plus ample free parking. The swimming pool looked a popular choice for family's who were staying.

  The staff was very friendly, the rooms very clean, the continental breakfast excellent! We even relaxed in the pool for about an hour. It was a wonderful experience away from home for a couple of nights. Very accommodating for my entire family! - courteous and friendly staff ,always helpful.

  The room was very large and comfortable.The only thing was the ac placement...we arrived around 2 pm amd it was hot.The ac is at the back of the room..down a small hallway in tbe bathroom area. We dropped the temp to 55 and it took all that evening to cool off.The office brought us a box fan which helped a lot!! The room was relatively large with a lounge chair, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, and bistro table and chairs. There were also 2 deep shelves in the bathroom for storage. The Edgewater is conveniently located across the street from the beach. The staff members were courteous and helpful. It was nice to stay in a nonsmoking room that didn't smell like smoke. Overall, the room was comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced.
