Staff was friendly and helpful with reservation process. Friendly staff, helpful staff. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

The staff was really nice and always had an answer to everything. After staying the first night and coming back the second day, room cleaning did a great job. The inn provided a good amount of privacy and peacefulness. -

The front desk was extremely helpful with us on our arrival I found the room with too much perfume fragrance which may have been another room near us and they found us a better room with no fragrances heavy in the air. A very nice place to stay and not far from the Mayo.

The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted. We didn't want a pool or anything fancy, just a place to sleep for the night. -
