  I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Grand Central station is 1-minute walk. S - Great location right next to Grand Central Station and a short walk to Bryant Park . Room was clean and efficient . Good bathroom with daily replenished products . Iron & ironing board in room already . Ice machine a short walk away on same floor. Huge Lobby where the free wifi was available . Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  We were pleasantly surprised to get two large beds in our lovely large room; a very decent size for New York. The hotel was in a fantastic location and the staff very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay. - Great location. Near central park and shopping as well as theater

  Mycket fräscht och fint hotell. Väljer man ett dubbelrum på 30 kvm slipper man trängas i rummet, vilket annars är vanligt i en stad som New York. Trevlig personal och bra service. Man får helt enkelt vad man betalar för. - This hotel is chic, centrally located, well run and very comfortable.
