My husband and I loved the large pool with the sky lights above. It was
nice and warm, just like bath water. The staff were very attentive and
helped us with every need. The hotel was very clean and
O'Malley's breakfast buffet was very much worth the money. We

I just loved everything about the hotel. The cool atrium, the glass elevators, the brick pool area and very ample work-out room. The rooms were large with excellent views. A truly enjoyable experience. We arrived at 11:30am for a 3pm check-in and were able to get a room (with a river view) right away. The room was clean and so comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets right in the room. The location is perfect for an evening downtown and parking is convenient. Or never leave the hotel

Located right in the middle of downtown Grand Rapids and withing walking distance of museums, Van Andel Arena, and Devos Place to name a few...using the skywalk ajoining most of these made walking nice during the cold weather.
