  Very friendly staff!! I was checked in very quickly, room was spacious, clean and quiet. This was booked for the night before my wedding. Breakfast was great, although extremely crowded. Also in the morning I asked for a late check out. I was denied, however 5 minutes later they called me back to inform the manager approved it! We were staying at the hotel for a wedding & they were so helpful with anything we needed. The suites were clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy! It was right by the highway, which was very convenient.

  The accommodations were clean, roomy and as advertised. It was quiet for the most part. Could hear some door slamming in the A.M. but thats expected. The hot tub was very relaxing after a day of kayaking pictured rocks ( just a few miles away!) - We had our granddaughter ( 5yrs old) visit us an she just loved the pool and slide.   The people at the Front Desk were beyond respectful. The beds were so comfortable, and the room was very cozy. The Television is not perfect resolution, but to have a nice size flat screen in the room was a bonus. My son stuck something in the heater which caused it to stop working, and the Manager was perfectly fine with it.   During our stay, we ended up going to The Lounge. Heather, the manager, did a fantastic job! She made sure we always had what we needed and was very professional and very nice. Dining room offered nice menu selections. Staff went out of their way to assist us with some unexpected needs and were very accommodating with changes that made things easier for us.   We go to The Ford and Greenfield Village several times a year. This hotel has a shuttle to both and the airport. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are always very nice and helpful.   We were late checking in as we were travelling from Niagara enroute Chicago and had suddenly changed plans to make a stopover at Cedar Point. The front desk staff was available to service us. She even upgraded us to a 4 double bed room so that the kids won't have to sleep on a sofa cum bed.
