  Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was old but clean. Shower was refreshing and the pressure was good. The room was cool when I entered and was comfortable throughout the night. I did not have the chance to use the pool but the option to have indoor and outdoor choices was great. - Only a 2 night stay but most enjoyable.   The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely done. I get nervous about free breakfasts at times but this one was legit ... vad folk säger » and delicious! I plan on visiting Salem again next year and will definitely book with Springhill Suites again! - Staff was great...we left our Iphone & they immediately contacted us & shipped it back (at our cost of course). They were very accomodating & the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Coffee avail 24/7. Great pool & fitness center. Rooms were clean & very comfortable.

  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. We had a room with a king bed and it had a refrigerator and also a small table.   Cozy, clean and comfortable stay. I stayed in a second-floor unit, which had been recently updated. Nice furnishings, nice colors, new paint, and some really cute little details that show the owners really care about the place. I did not cook in the unit as often as I thought I would, but everything I needed was there when I did- pots & pans, coffee maker, toaste - We loved that we were not only steps away from our own little private beach, but also a half-block walk to a larger public beach. Not only that, but we were walking distance to a restaurant that was good for lunch and dinner as well. The suite was small, but practical with a small fridge, stove, microwave, TV, sofa and dining table. We loved that there was a huge lawn in the center that was perfect for our nephew to run around with some of the other guests' children while we sat on the patio or

  The apartment was very clean, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and more. I loved that we had 2 full baths, that we got extra towels and extra pillows. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony. The maid service was excellent. It made for a very relaxing vacation.   Good location, excellent concierge staff, didn't go to the pool/gym area so unable to comment. It suited it's purpose - we have 4 kids and it was cheaper to rent this apartment than pay out for 3 hotel rooms which we had originally booked.
