  The indoor pool was great for the kids especially since it was raining. Our room was clean and large enough for the 4 of us. - It was dirt cheap to stay at and if you only need a room, shower, and bathroom while you visit the cape this is the place.

  everything was acceptable to very good, had no issues other than sheet was a little small for the mattress but on the other hand the mattress was very good. AC worked well and we were there during the heat wave, good variety at the free breakfast. Shower water pressure little low but I am sure it is that way to conserve water. We would stay there, again, and recommend it to others. The staff was very pleasant as were the other guests we met.

  We used this hotel as a cheap option (which was indeed not cheap ) to get into Boston..... The Super8 is not cheap & not as near as one would think to Boston....first &last time to stay in one... - This place was at a good price! Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Not as rundown as I always pictured motels would be.

  I met two young female staff members as I was waiting just outside of my room that were extremely accommodating. While breakfast was offered and included in the room price, I chose to hang until my business appt... I only wish I had gotten their names. For the price, the room was clean and convenient. - I had an end room of the one story part of this motel with parking right in front. The location right in Williamstown and close to the Berkshires was also excellent and so was the sumptuous breakfast buffet.

Also, I found the staff all was very personable and liked the way the hotel was set up with a courtyard for the pets, also made a nice area to just take a walk around the property.   Our room was very spacious and had a great kitchenette! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful! The breakfast was excellent and Elena was so sweet and helpful! The pool area is very nice and although we didn't order lunch, you can order lunch at the pool. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! - The landscaped grounds of the PBVR are interesting and beautiful. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.

  Great experience. Accommodations were more than adequate, and setting was tranquil and serene. Excellent staff. The continental breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausage, croissants, and a variety of other items was very well-prepared and continually replenished.   The Family who owns the Property! They were so caring and concerned. I was traveling with my young granddaughter and my disabled son in a wheelchair was coming over to visit. They put me in a room next to the office to make it easier for him to get in and out and so that if I needed anything I was close to them to get assistance.
