Beautiful facility.
Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night.
Clean!
Liked having the lounge- so comfortable with multiple kinds of seating and pool tables, etc.

Location across from Nantasket Beach was why I chose this resort. Being across from the beach was convenient, especially since we there during a heat wave. Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

The staff was SUPER accommodating and VERY friendly and efficient. The lcoation was within walking distance of most shops and restaurants in Hyannis. I was impressed with the swiftness and efficiency displayed by all staff members. The value is the main reason I stayed, but it's not the reason I will come back. Location and staff. A winning combo.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 6! Breakfast was included and ample. wifi free!
Rooms were large and comfortable . Location excellent, we walked everywhere.

The complete hotel was very clean and well designed from the wall paper to the pictures. Room was not big but well laid out and the a/c and neat worked fine.The free breakfast was great and the whole stay was fine.

umbrellas and towels. The beach staff is also helpful and friendly.
There is also a bar that serves you on the beach, but you can also bring
