  This place did everything to make you feel at home and there were no "hidden" charges. The owner met us for breakfast in the morning and personally prepared a cuppachino for me. The place is close to Brandeis University but also very easy to get into Boston via public transport. I am a clean freak and believe me this place was spic and span. - Clean and quiet are my two biggies. CSH was both. What amazed me was the level of service. Breakfast was wonderful with specialty coffees and real eggs. The owner and the managers and staff were so gracious and helped with everything we needed. Thank you for providing a memorable stay for us and our kids from Waltham. You even let the kids (4 of them) have a gratis breakfast with us twice. With hot chocolate. WOW!

The pool area is very nice and although we didn't order lunch, you can order lunch at the pool. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! - The landscaped grounds of the PBVR are interesting and beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room we stayed in had been recently renovated. There was a new rug, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was recently retiled. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.
