  Excellent guesthouse with fantastic rooms very close to the main street with plenty of shops and bars. The owners were very welcoming as were all of the staff and the breakfast was excellent. Special note for the breakfast pizza!!!! Dressing gowns were provided to walk the short distance to and from the room. The constant smell of - If you are looking for a very special Inn with charming super clean rooms and a great vibe, this is the place! The owners and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly while also being respectful of your space. Fantastic food, beautiful garden, so close to all that Chatham has to offer. We are returning!

  The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the ferry port so if your stuck like we were in leaving the car on the main land you can walk leisurely. This hotel had us a wheelchair to use which saved our vacation since the ferry service is inadequate - The staff was welcoming. They could not do enough for you. I hope it inspires others not to abandon existing historical buildings. Loved the hot cookies in the lobby in the evening.   Our room was very spacious and had a great kitchenette! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful! The breakfast was excellent and Elena was so sweet and helpful! The pool area is very nice and although we didn't order lunch, you can order lunch at the pool. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! - The landscaped grounds of the PBVR are interesting and beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room we stayed in had been recently renovated. There was a new rug, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was recently retiled. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.
