The staff were helpful. The room was great.. It had great pillows and
amenities. I like the feminine touch of a makeup mirror, Q-tips, cotton
balls and quality soaps. The air was easily controlled and not too
noisy. I felt that I was well treated on all accounts. -

Location across from Nantasket Beach was why I chose this resort. Being across from the beach was convenient, especially since we there during a heat wave. Room - fireplace, king bed, bathroom, closet space, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker - great touches
Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

We chose to return to this hotel due to an experience last year. After getting very lost due to poor directions we ended up driving all night and didn't get to the hotel until morning. Stayed one night on the way from the Logan airport down to Vermont. Staff was friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable. Good value for money and served my purpose very well. Didn't have time to explore the location, so I couldn't comment on other aspects.

us with great warmth. Our booking with Kayak didn't come through the

The staff was SUPER accommodating and VERY friendly and efficient. The lcoation was within walking distance of most shops and restaurants in Hyannis. I was impressed with the swiftness and efficiency displayed by all staff members. The value is the main reason I stayed, but it's not the reason I will come back. Location and staff. A winning combo.

Our stay at Hyannis Travel Inn was delightful.
The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 6! Breakfast was included and ample. wifi free!
Rooms were large and comfortable . Location excellent, we walked everywhere.
They even stored our bags when we left for a few days to the islands. We will be back!

The Staff were all very helpful and pleasant, we were at the Hotel during the recent Blizzard, the roads were shut down for one day during which the Hotel provided free evening meal and breakfast also dug out our cars from the snow the next day, the rooms are large and comfortable and the furnishings were excellent,nice bar with reasonable prices,

The staff especially Brian were very polite, friendly and attentive.They also helped us dig out our car after the snow storm. We would definately choose to come here again.

The beach services is really good they provide you beach chairs,
umbrellas and towels. The beach staff is also helpful and friendly.
There is also a bar that serves you on the beach, but you can also bring
your cooler and fill free with ice in the ice machine located close to
the beach.

I liked that all the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly from the check in desk to the cleaning people. This was a much needed vacation and the room was fine espeically being an ocean front view room. Loved the activities, loved the beach. I'd recommend this place and come back. -

Stayed here while at a soccer tournament in Lancaster. Hotel room was clean and had modern furnishings. Five minute drive to restaurants ie. Firefly's for BBQ, Dunkin Donuts. Twenty minute drive to Natick Mall and outlets are closeby. -
