Helen, the manager/hostess, welcomed me warmly and assisted with travel questions. She takes pride in running a clean, comfortable motel and making guests feel at ease. It is in an excellent location.mexican and italian restaurant next door and shopping centre right across the rd . The hotel room was very large and comfortable and clean . The staff were very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was included and was perfect for first thing in the morning. If I was to stay in boston again I would stay in this hotel .

Pet-friendly was a huge plus for us! Also, I found the staff all was very personable and liked the way the hotel was set up with a courtyard for the pets, also made a nice area to just take a walk around the property. The cost was 1/2 of what my relatives were paying up the street and we enjoyed the privacy and hanging outside. -

Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.
