Most of the staff was very friendly, some were a little to "all rules." The shuttle service was actually quite nice and unexpected. I also really liked the open concept for the bar/restaurant - it was very welcoming. -

Very nice and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was excellent for a complimentary hotel breakfast. The complimentary social dinner Thursday night was very convenient. Grounds was very nice even though renovations were going on. Location was nice with it being near the mall and not far from the city. The room itself was awesome. Pillows on the bed were very comfortable.

All of it the moment I got there I was early and my room wasn't
ready I rented for six days a one bedroom two double bed suite and got
an upgrade and got fast check in the staff were wonderful and very sweet

We love our stay in this hotel !! We both decided that we would go
again. The lady at the front desk is wicked friendly and she's
always there when we need help. We didn't catch her name. Breakfast

Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. They went out of their way to make the stay memorable - Friendly good service the staff went out of their way to help. Good location close to Boston Common, historic sights underground etc
