  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   We arrived late I. The evening and was greeted by the owner David who still took us a tour if the facilities. Breakfast was included in the stay and I assumes it would be continental, however it was breakfast made to order. Bed was very comfortable.

  I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.

  When we checked in, a desk clerk took us on a tour to find the circutuous path through the facility. The dining room is on a half floor and requires a wheelchair lift to access it. We would never have found this had he not shown us around.

  We were there to visit a sick family member who passed away so we had to extend our stay through the funeral. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had and the room was comfortable and they provided a crib for our two month old. - We have stayed at this hotel a few times.
