  Everything. Great price, great location. Room was very nice. Bathroom and kitchenette were doable but they could of used some updating in our room. Had a great stay and hope to go back soon. - I enjoyed the ameneties in the room. Full size fridge, stove, microwave. The restaurant was very reasonable.   We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home. The hotel was a little expensive, but worth it for the experie... vad folk säger » nce. - The staff and the hotel were fantastic. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

  My sister and I were there for a weekend of Christmas shopping and really like the hotel shuttle that took us back and forth to the mall. One shuttle driver went put of way when our car was out of gas. He took us to gas station to get some gas and then assisted us with putting on tank.   One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   We arrived late I. The evening and was greeted by the owner David who still took us a tour if the facilities. Breakfast was included in the stay and I assumes it would be continental, however it was breakfast made to order. Bed was very comfortable.

  I was very impressed. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Definitely felt like I was in a luxury Hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room....what can I stay, definitely 5 star, from the sitting area with its flat screen T.V., to the kitchen, to the bathroom, loved the shower with its 3 shower heads. My wife and I stayed - The beds & linens were very comfortable & the bathroom was a very nice size. Our view was amazing & the rooms were a nice size & the hotel was quiet. The hotel had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. I would definitly stay here again.

  the staff were very nice and understanding ,,they gave me free wifi after we had some misunderstanding, i really appreciate their kindness - Close to the Bridge Tournament and wonderful perks at Embassy Suites. I would definitely come back.

  I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. There were about 5 other hotels a stones throw from the Westin and I've always been a Marriott gal myself having worked fo - The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.
