Breakfast- lots of options and variety..... was very surprised.
Pool- Big pool and it was indoors, i liked it because of how many hrs it was open.
Rooms- MASSIVE!!! Clean and comfortable at a price i felt was very reasonable.
Overall- very good hotel will recommend for any fellow family travelers

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great that kept our luggage behind the counter while we went to have lunch at Copeland b/c our train didn't leave until 1:30. They didn't have to do that but they did. -

My husband and I went a vacation to Chicago with my parents and decided to stay here due to the value and proximity to Chicago. They had a full breakfast every morning. believe all the positive reviews about the staff. But somehow they
exceeded my expectations! So friendly and helpful, they really made
us feel like they were to make our stay as pleasant as possible...a
claim made by all hotels and motels, but a promise not always kept.

The hotel is a little gem. It was very clean, nicely decorated, very friendly helpful staff, great location with a lot nearby especially restaurants. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, loved the soft ribbed blankets and we didn't hear people talking through the walls. The Chicago magazine was really helpful and Pizza Ora was a great find.

This is my second stay at this hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in a great location (about 10 min walk from Willis Tower and 3 min walk from a CTA blue line station).
The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms clean and showers HOT.
