  The breakfast with the omelet bar is simply great. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world. All the staff at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful.   This was a very upscale hotel and the staff was very attentive. Starting our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen, helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing.   Breakfast- lots of options and variety..... was very surprised. Pool- Big pool and it was indoors, i liked it because of how many hrs it was open. Rooms- MASSIVE!!! Clean and comfortable at a price i felt was very reasonable.   Always clean, they keep upgrading things, eg tv'S. Since the State Police always stay there, it's an added "safety factor." Safety has never really been a concern for me. - The hotel was very clean. The breakfast bar was complete. The internet connectivity worked.
