  The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. - From the ... vad folk säger » minute we arrived till the minute we left, every staff member went out of their way to see we were comfortable. I grew up in Greenwich 50 years ago and this was my first trip back to see old friends I had grown up with. The Hyatt Greenwich was outstanding in every way, which was the topper for a trip down memory lane!

  The setting could not be more beautiful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very lovely. The public spaces are sumptuous and elegantly appointed. The rooms while extremely basic, and more like a well designed motel than a resort still had the finest textiles. Thick towels and pillow top beds with high count sheets. It's quite a steep walk ... vad folk säger » up from the beach but for anyone who wishes they will send a golf cart driven by attractive young staff to make the journey easy! - The waiter for our dinner was great. We wanted something that was not on the menu and they accommodated us very nicely. we we running short on time as we were going to an event a few miles away and when we told him this he brought us the bill immediately. He could not have been nicer!!!

  Short distance to our son's home with a beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Staff at all levels were very friendly and welcoming. - the staff was excellent, cheerful andd responsive. Havng the Metro Bis in house for dinner is a huge plus.

  I liked mostly everything. The substantial breakfast each am, the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members, the comfortable beds. I liked how the tile went part of the way into the room and ended by the closet so that u cld take your shoes off without trucking dirt from outside onto the carpet.   We lived in farmington for 12 years. We stayed at the Inn because its close to UConn Health Center where our grandchild was born. It was perfect; lovely room; breakfast room; great coffee; very comfortable; walking distance to several places to eat. And we love the town. Clean, friendly staff, suitable gym facility for a quick workout, lovely quiet room, canopy bed, and lovely simple breakfast. Close to all, easy parking, helpful staff. I was very happy with my stay and will stay there again.

  The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned.   The Spa was great and staff very pleasant and accomodating. Also had lunch in the grill area. Staff there were very nice as well. Front desk staff were exceptional as well. - Amenities convince and close to casino's and RI beaches
