  The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. The hotel is high Class. The Breakfast options, the Lounge and Restaurant combination. The Rooms are spacious and well appointed.It is a very comfortable place to stay.

  The setting could not be more beautiful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very lovely. The public spaces are sumptuous and elegantly appointed. The rooms while extremely basic, and more like a well designed motel than a resort still had the finest textiles. Thick towels and pillow top beds with high count sheets. We wanted something that was not on the menu and they accommodated us very nicely. we we running short on time as we were going to an event a few miles away and when we told him this he brought us the bill immediately. He could not have been nicer!!!

  The staff was excellent and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and impeccably clean. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay again. - Restaurant It was close to us Coast Guard Academy where we were visiting

  The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. - From the ... vad folk säger » minute we arrived till the minute we left, every staff member went out of their way to see we were comfortable. I grew up in Greenwich 50 years ago and this was my first trip back to see old friends I had grown up with. The Hyatt Greenwich was outstanding in every way, which was the topper for a trip down memory lane!

  I liked mostly everything. The substantial breakfast each am, the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members, the comfortable beds. I liked how the tile went part of the way into the room and ended by the closet so that u cld take your shoes off without trucking dirt from outside onto the carpet.
