Room was outstanding. It was clean, had a refrigerator, a good tv with plenty of channels. The beds were extremely comfortable with tons of pillows but the most impressive part was the shower. It rained hot water like no other hotel I'd stayed in and the value was unbelievable. Very convenient location just off I-90 interstate. Away from downtown though. Not a problem because we had a car. Plenty of eating places and close to Walmart and Target to stock up on supplies.
alla recensioner » The staff was excellent. They took very good care of us. They went above and beyond as we required accommodations that they were willing and able to make. Staff did excellent in providing info and asking all the right questions. It was quiet and comfortable in the room. Very clean through out the facility. The staff was very nice and polite, and the lady that checked was wonderful and very assuring with my welcome..... Pleasantly surprised! Clean well decorated, quiet, close to attractions. Staff was accommodating and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay. Good location off I90.. Friendly staff.. Clean facilities. The hotel staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacy and well equipped with nice furniture. Good size rooms older decor but clean. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the spacious room. location. Proximity to Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Black Hills, Crazy Horse Memorial. Location. Nothing. Rien. Very, very basic breakfast but considering the value, it was very acceptable. Didn't have elevator to second floor. Have to carry cases up flight of stairs. Having to leave. I have no complaints. Nothing negative to say. Breakfast was minimal... Price overall a bit pricey.. The hotel had an unpleasant odor in the hallways that was rather off-putting upon entrance. Toilet paper, chairs were worn,curtains worn. We got there too late to enjoy the hot tub. The fire alarms kept going on all night and i didnt get any rest!. no hot water for showers not much available for breakfast, no yogurt, fresh fruit. Requested ground floor room, was told that was not on request. Ground floor room was provided, but not King bed, two queens. Dining area did not have microwave or milk for breakfast. The king room was advertised as 1 left reduced from $1300+ for 4 nights to $448. Also as very good. I just had to take advantage of this unbelievable deal. If it's too good to be true then---. I think it was remodeled from a very old facility, they did a good job but still old. To me it was just below average. My bad. I didn't like that they did not offer us the little breakfast sandwich. It was as though they didn't want us to know about it. I found out about the sandwich from another couple that was staying there. Why was that. The sandwiches couldn't have cost that much. Everything. The room was horrible, no fridge and it was old and dirty as a motel 8 even more than it ! We absolutely don't recommend you to chose this hotel.
