  Super efficient, smart and thoughtful staff, really appreciated that when I parked for a moment (illegally) in front of the hotel, the concierge immediately came from behind his desk and walked outside with me to be sure I knew where to turn to find the garage (entrance around the corner, 1/3 of the way down the block). Good bagels at corner deli across the street. - The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.

  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup...   I liked that the hotel's location was only 3 or 4 blocks away from the subway. The bed was fabulous, king size. I couldn't get up early enough because of it. The view I had on the fifth floor room 501 wasn't he greatest. I could still see the city, but I thought the hotel would be closer to the Manhattan view.
