  Outside clean, not weedy or trash or anything. Inside clean. Room clean. Bedding clean. Bathroom clean. Good breakfast (same food as everywhere else, but this was maintained hot). You could tell that the lady that did breakfast really enjoys her job even though it is such a menial task. Bed was comfortable. - The staff was exceptionally friendly. You could not have better staff working there. They went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and to answer all questions. Extremely helpful. Jeff and I am not sure of the other woman who works sixty hours a week were outstanding!! We want to come back again just to visit them. They made you feel at home.

  We loved the pool! It was clean, plenty of towels, and the perfect temperature. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Also like the breakfast buffet. Great food! - The hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and well supplied. Breakfast was great with a good variety of choices.

  I liked the big room we were in. We were very close to the Jet express shuttle to Put In Bay so that saved us on having to pay to park there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Peggy and Ted really gave us some good places to check out while we were in Port Clinton. Both were very nice. - Great bedding, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful... vad folk säger » staff. Great historic hotel. The Island House has melded the old historic character with modern comforts. Centrally located. We had a pleasant and comfy stay. I hope we get to return someday!
