  The hotel appeared to be a newer hotel and is very well maintained and kept clean. Our room was quiet and on the 3rd floor, never hearing our neighbors and the hotel was fully booked. The hotel was convenient for us to travel to see our son playing in a college baseball tournament in Port Charlotte with only a 10 min drive. Housekeeping staff I encountered were were cheerful and made an effort to greet patrons.

  The beds were so comfortable. Hot showers. Hospitality rocked; especially Michelle who made breakfast every morning. We slept in one morning and missed breakfast but Michelle packed us a to-go breakfast that was amazing. - We especially enjoyed the staff at the Hotel and the cleanliness of the entire establishment.
