  The staff was very friendly and it wasn't to busy in the pool area which was great for my two little ones. They really enjoyed playing with the kids and making everyone feel welcome. Even got my in-laws a room for our last night on the same floor so the kids could see them...   The staff were really nice. The bed was awesome. My husband has a bad back and usually can't sleep on his back but he could on this bed and slept the best he has in years. Very good deal for the money. Manager was there helping guests with the breakfast and that tells me alot about the way the hotel is run. The overall stay was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful in every thing we needed to know about the attractions and places and things to see. Will definitely stay here again. We are actually thinking about going back in July and staying at this same hotel.

  I had heard many negative things about the hotel but it has been remodeled since then. It was clean and everything worked ( hot spa in room,etc). Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.   I will be staying at econo lodge every time I visit pigeon forge. The hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome. It is a very quiet and peaceful hotel. Our room was by the pool so I figured we would hear alot of noise because the pool was always full but no. We didnt hear anything.
