You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels.   This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value!   The location is near a busy entertainment venue, but you hear very little street noise when that venue's entertainment is over and thousands exit at once. The front desk staff were very helpful in making dinner reservations and recommending places to eat and the types of food nearby restaurants offered.
