Everything especially the breakfast, the managers greeting every afternoon and the indoor areas. I have been going to Orlando for 11 years and have stayed at approximately 19 hotels in the area. And I have stayed on Disney property and not. This is the biggest bang for the buck of all hotels that I have experienced. I will defineately stay here aga

Free parking available although limited...hot breakfast with a variety of items...maintenance requests were immediately taken care of...free Internet...Happy Hour! The avocado shampoo and soap was very good, free newspaper, the room coffee was great, everything was very clean

Whats not to like. The staff were friendly and the location is near were
we wanted to go like Seaworld & Disney not to forget numerious fine
resturants and shopping locations. -
Close to outlet stores, convenience stores, restaurants, theme parks. Staff were all very pleasant. Large kitchen and living area. Good size master bedroom with spa.

The hotel is recently remodeled and the staff was great. The kids loved
all the activities and all the water slides. Best pool in Orlando. They
even had Gator land there and brought in animals. The kids loved it.
Location is 5-10 mins from Disney. Breakfast Buffet was very good. We
had it included as a package but if you don't, it will cost you
$2

My room was in the 9th floor with a pool view (It was amazing view). Further more, I really enjoyed the pool with my 3 years old son

the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. Loved the effeciencies available in the room

This was a great hotel for the money that we will actually be staying at
again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and
lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby.
Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention
center, and not far from Disney.

Centrally located to all attractions - Very cheap hotel, near all Orlando's attractions. I just had a sleep there and it was worth of it. I would go to this hotel again.

Staff offered to keep my luggage behind reception after check out andlet me use facilities until I left in evening, with no extra charge. - The hours of operation, we only got there at 4am because of flight delays and they were still open so that was a bonus.
