One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. We liked the location. We were happy it was a 10 min walk over to Seaworld. There was transportation offered from the Hotel but we preferred to walk the short distance. The design of the resort was very appealing. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. We reserved 3 rooms and were able to check in early.
One of the rooms wasn't ready, but we only waited a short time and were called when it was available. There were plenty of dinning options while we waited. I would stay there a

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -
