On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

I was impressed by this hotel the minute I walked in the door. Right
after we checked in, the bartender greeted us very warmly (the bar is in
the lobby) and was genuinely wonderful during our whole stay (her name
is Paula and she made delicious smoothies for my daughter!). The rooms
are so nice...plenty of room for the 3 of us with a fridge and mi

Disney and the Shrine of Mary Queen of the Universe! We stayed the 2

Room was quiet and spacious. They have a small bar/cafe with a
limited menu, a restaurant (we didn't try) and a small snack shop. I
was pleasantly surprised that my coke, ice cream sandwich and chips
amounted to $6. I expected it to cost double that. Staff was friendly
and helpful, with the exception of the safe (see my didn't likes).
Overall a very good hotel.

I liked every aspect of the resort. I was very impressed with the room
and the layout. I wish I could have extended my stay longer to really
enjoy what the resort had to offer. The price was great for someone like

The staff were extremely helpful.
The food at the bar and in the restaurant was lovely and we ate there quite often. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The room was clean with plenty of facilities eg fridge, coffee machine, microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was divine. -

The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair

The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios.
Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.

We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this. Im giving it a few more days before I contact someone higher up. If there is anyway you could help us resol

When my husband had to call the front desk at 1145 at night due to the people being so loud in the room next to us the security came right away and told them to quite down and then it started again 15 minutes later the security guard was still right there and made sure they stopped!
