  The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were dying for coffee.   On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. A party of 15. Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

In our case, we were going on a Disney Cruise, and it was the perfect solution, as the transport to the port is located in the airport as well.
