Only marginally more expensive than other Falls hotels for an
extraordinarily luxurious experience.
It's even got them there fancy robes y'all wear when's you git outta the showerin' closet.
Seriously, the robes are great, although not the $75 great they charge if you take one home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

How close the Inn was to the Rapids and how we were able to walk around
the usa side of the Falls and the Park. Everyone we met were helpful and
friendly. The Coventry room was beautiful and so comfortably. Thanks to
the Inn for upgrading us with no problem. Making reservations on the
internet does not always show exactly what you are looking for. The
Staff, especially Jeffrey who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and
so helpful. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room.

The staff were very polite, extremely helpful and quick with their service. The rooms were bright, very clean and looked modern. The sheets were clean and the bed with not too soft or too firm, just right. There was no damp, musty smell in the hallways that is present in some old hotels. Free breakfast was a plus for the large group I was with and

Pretty much everything. Great olympic size pool, perfect temp., full free breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, cereal , waffle maker, juices, yogurt, muffins, large dining room, a great coffee available all day long, food size weight room, good location to all kinds of shopping. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

Nicole at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. We left our
vehicle parked at hotel before catching our flight and she was gracious
enough to take our keys and make sure our car was locked. Above and
