  Hotellet var mycket trevligt och rent. Personalen var enormt hjälpsam och vänlig. Inredningen var väl genomarbetad i detalj och gav det lilla hotellet en fin atmosfär. Läget nära Times square var helt suveränt och ändå var hotellet lugnt. - Glad och trevlig personal. Ost och vin buffen!

  Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom and lounge, not that we spent much time watching the tv! We used the fridge - From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-) The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

  The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit.   The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  I have found my "home" for my overnight stays in New York City, for business and for leisure. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the room clean, well designed and stocked with the right amenities. The location is great for downtown shopping, restaurants and gallery hopping. The room was a decent size, very comfortable for two and very clean. The location was perfect for us - easy to get uptown or downtown.
