We had an initial problem with the heating system and had to change rooms.
The room smelled like moth balls! The door to the room was not secure -

Our room had no working light (we were told we could me to a different type of room or not have a lamp), no alarm clock, no coffee maker, and the phone did not work. It also had obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. When I asked for an extra blanket I was simply told "no".
