We loved the cottage style accomodation, friendly and helpfulness of staff, and everything else that makes a stay away from home acceptable. Frio was very nice and roomy for us, our two daughters and our 3 grandchildren. The porch made the stay even more pleasant as we had a place to visit while the little ones were still sleeping.We loved the linen and trash pick-up and also the in-door pool as we did not have to worry about too much sun for the 1 and 5 year olds. Look forward to our next visit.

The seductively low prices led us to think we would be in a bog standard motel. It is much superior. The breakfasts are proper set-you-up jobs and keep you firing for hours. The staff are sweet as you like, the rooms are generous with both space and kit. The location is superb. -

As a former camper, All-Star, and Coach, I had a blast returning to "camp" for the weekend. I loved the friendly staff. Heather who was at the front desk, went out of her way to let me check in early and even provided me with some refreshments while I waited. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in years. -

surprised by the wonderful room lighting and modern look to the room. there is no question that this is a budget property. That being said it was still in pretty nice shape for a 3 year old roadside motel -
